We know there continues to be concern for the well-being of our most vulnerable population, those with compromised immune systems and the elderly, many of whom live in our communities. While the virus continues to be an ever-present problem, there are more than 10 vaccines in late-stage trials across the globe.

Now that the FDA has approved a vaccine for COVID-19, we know you and your family have questions. We are relying on the Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the National Academy of Medicine, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for information related to the COVID-19 vaccine.

We will continue to inform you about the precautionary measures we have in place to protect our residents, visitors and associates. We are still treating the situation with extreme caution as we would any contagious virus or infection, and are following established policies and procedures.
